I'd be more inclined to give serious consideration to Phil's prognostications if he was allowed to emerge on his own, on any day of his choosing, and not drug out by some person.
...should have added, ...not drug out by some person just because it was a certain calendar date. Nature doesn't typically follow such specific timing.
